Support Bob’s Road to Recovery
Donación protegida
On April 28, our beloved Bob Craft was in an accident while driving his Harley motorcycle home from work.
While driving down Scenic Drive in Port Richey, at the very last second a truck turned left causing Bob’s motorcycle to T-bone the truck. Bob was hurled into the truck and the motorcycle landed on his right side causing severe burns.
Bob sustained a broken pelvis, 3rd degree burns and chest contusions. He’s been at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point since the 4/28 and has had 6 surgeries including surgery on his pelvis and 5 on the burn area. We are hoping he gets to go home this week.
Despite being in the hospital for almost a month, Bob’s spirits are positive, he never complains and has been an excellent patient. Which should not be a surprise to any of us!
As their niece, I’ve established this fund to help Bob and Carol with lost wages due to time away from work and the impending medical bills.
Keep your prayers coming and hopefully your contribution will alleviate a little stress in Bob’s long 6-8 month road to recovery.
Lastly, Bob is so thankful that he was wearing a helmet, he doesn’t think he would be here today if he wasn’t. And for those of you wondering, the bike faired a little better than Bob in the crash, and Bob is more determined then ever to ride again =)
