Boone County Tornado Assistance

We have a family with 5 children in need whose home was completely destroyed by a tornado on Thursday evening. They were in the home huddled intheir basement as the tornado tore the roof off their home and scattered most of their belongings. They have lost everything. Donations of food, clothing, and daily living needs will be taken at Boone County FPD #2 1777 Henry Luckow Rd Belvidere, IL now through Monday April 11th. The ages of the children are: 6yr old girl and 4 boys 7 months, 11 yr, 14 yr, & 15 yr old. Needs include food, clothing, & basic supplies. Monetary donations are welcome to assist the family while they begin the rebuilding process.  All funds will be given directly to the family to pay for bills, food, and daily needs while they rebuild. I am a volunteer with Boone County EMA and have been authorized to set up this event.
