To know Bradley is to know he is one of the most kind, loving, and generous people around with a HUGE HEART. Well, that heart was recently diagnosed with advanced heart failure (cardiomyopathy) landing him at Ascension St. Thomas Hospital West in Nashville, TN, seeking treatment and added to the list for a heart transplant.
With the help of Chattanooga's CHI Memorial's cardiac team and the expertise of Ascension St. Thomas' heart failure and transplant team, we are confident God has placed the best people to ensure a successful heart transplant and road to recovery!
The road to recovery may be lengthy and will certainly have its challenges so now it's our time to bless Bradley's heart just as he has blessed many of ours! It's our chance to show love, appreciation, and support as a community in this challenging time.
