Show Big Love for Big Daddy's Family

A beautiful love story; that's what Brandon and Sonya had. These two were soul mates, have two beautiful daughters, and never thought the story would end so soon. Being only forty-four, Brandon's passing was a complete shock to everyone. They had so many plans and thought they had a lifetime left.
Brandon was the biggest teddy bear and gave the best literal bear hugs. Known to all friends and family as Big Daddy, his heart was as big as he was. He was kind, he was funny, and he loved life. He loved BIG. Sonya planned on quitting her job to go off with Brandon now that Jordyn and Sydney Beth are older and finding their own ways. Thankfully, she is still working to keep her busy and help with the unexpected loss.
The legalities of loss are insurmountable and take precious time to sift through. Insurance companies don't like to pay and look for any loophole, pensions require a certain age to draw, and the girls are too old to benefit from his social security.
No one should have to add worry to the grief they are already trying to overcome. Jordyn has a wedding to plan, and Sydney Beth is enrolled in college, both of which are expensive. Add to that the cost of a completely unexpected funeral.
I asked Sonya's permission before setting this up. She is grateful for all of the prayers and the love shown. If giving isn't an option, I know they covet every prayer you can lift for them.
Let's show them the kind of BIG love Big Daddy would.
My name is Wendy Hagan. I had known Brandon since high school, but we became family when I married his cousin. Although legally cousins, they were raised more like siblings as their parents were always working off together. All proceeds from this GoFundMe will go directly to Sonya.
