Help bring home beloved mom and grandmother Joyce Cassell

Hi, my name is Sabrina Cassell. I am the only living daughter left of my mother, Joyce Cassell, who God called home early on March 25, 2025. I have been too overwhelmed with grief to create this GoFundMe before now. As I really didn't want to ask for help but unexpected financial troubles is why I'm reaching out to you for support.

Alongside trying to help my 2 children cope with the loss of their "Gramsey" to trying to secure a place to call home as well as try to figure how to pay everything, I'm left with no other option. Anything contributed will go directly towards the remainder of the cost of her cremation and the rest on the light bill that's due for disconnection on May 6th, 2025. In order for me to put the electricity in my name I was informed I had to pay $2000 of a leftover account balance in my mother's name. I was able to pay the funeral home $350 deposit to have her cremated but will not release her ashes until paid in full. The full cost is $1200. So I'm still short $850.

We would love to raise enough to cover a memorial for her but understand that we'll be blessed if we're able to get her ashes and keep the lights on. It will be a month on the 25th since my mother passed and I haven't been able to come up with the rest of the funds needed to bring her home.
