My name is Adrian Patten and I am the founder of Brooke Street Wings. My daughter's name is Brooke, I'm from Brooklyn, New York and I make mouth-watering wings and ridiculously awesome sides to compliment them... there ya have it!! The wing flavors are Brooklyn Buffalo, Bedstuy Bourbon, Bushwick Barbecue, BAM BAM Pepper and Borough Basic.

Brooke Street Wings's mission is to provide unique and supreme quality food to people of all races, ages, genders, occupations, social-classes and beliefs. Sports fans, Police Chiefs. Hard workers on the grind, and people with some down-time. College students, District Attorneys. Firefighters, togo orders for long journeys. Nurses, Doctors, Janitors and Obama. MTA employees, teachers, and as a token of appreciation these wings can be given to your mama! 10 cents is taken from every wing order, and 5 cents is donated to a cause such as Breast Cancer Awerness or Sickle Cell Anemia Research. The other 5 cents goes towards beautifying the community that BSW resides in and doing positive things for public elementary schools in the area.

I'm raising money to secure and assist in maintaing a small restaurant space in the heart of East Flatbush, Brooklyn, NY. The money will be used to pay down and fully occupy the same location that Brooke Street Wings ran its test launch from for 7 months (Dec 2014-July 2015). Additionally, the money will be used for minor renovations, a small mode of transportation for delivery, our first 3 weeks of inventory and a safety net for payroll and rent for approximately the next 5 months.

The funds are needed urgently (By January); most importantly to secure this amazing location.

Brooke Street Wings means so much to me because of my family. As a single father of 2 young ones (Brooke & Maxwell), promising them the path to success is very important to me. Their access to opportunities and exposure to life's greatest things is something that I am passionate about. It's also a vow to myself to make sure that I don't fail in making sure my children get everything they need. BSW means a great deal to me because it's a way of showing my kids that they can do Absolutely Anything they want to do or be who they want to be. Your donation helps to magnify this by a village and it assists with leaving No child behind.
