Janaza Expenses for Br. Tobal & Br. Zaari
asalamu aliakum,
"inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'oon" (To Allah we belong, and to Him is our return)
Our community has lost two of our dear members this past week. Both our brothers Zaari Mohamed, age 54, from Morocco, homeless, passed away from liver failure and with no family, and too brother Tobal Moussa, age 65, from Syria, living in Concord, New Hampshire passed away. Brother Tobal, a Syrian refugee has a wife and a disabled daughter, and with no means of income.
We have set up a donation page online to collect funding for both Janazas. Please donate generously. They are our brothers, and part of our family. As is now customary, surplus donations received above the requested amount will go to the Al-Marhama Needy fund to help future families in need.

You may also send checks payable to "Al-Marhama" to 100 Malcolm X Boulevard, Roxbury, MA 02120. Please write “Needy Fund” in the Notes/Memo section. Al-Marhama is a non-profit organization, donations are tax-deductible and Zakat eligible.
Due to the ongoing health crisis and restriction of large gatherings, Janaza Prayers and Burials will be limited to immediate family members only, and not open to the public.
O Allah, forgive them and have mercy upon them, excuse them and pardon them, and cleanse them with water, snow, and ice, and purify them of sin as a white robe is purified of filth. O Allah, exchange their home for a better home, and their family for a better family. Admit them in Paradise as their ultimate home, protect them from the punishment of the grave and the torment of the fire. O Allah, grant patience to their family and friends, and provide them with strength and strong iman to recover from this difficult loss. Ameen.
