Hello, by name is Tami Wall, I’m Bryan O’Learys cousin and this is his story….

On December 27th Bryan went to the ER with severe leg pain. He was admitted, had surgery to remove blood clots he had in his legs. After going home Bryan felt little relief and got to the point he was no longer able to stand. His wife called an ambulance on Tuesday January 9th, he was admitted to Bellin hospital.

1/9/- day 1 at Bellin DR were highly suspicious of cancer, tests and scans were ran.
1/10- day 2 Bryan had a stroke due to one of the blood clots.
1/11-day 3 Biopsy for spot on his liver showed pancreatic cancer cells in his liver which means he has pancreatic cancer that spread to his liver stage 4.
1/12-day 4 met w/oncologist was advised until the brain heals which takes 4 to 6 weeks they won’t be able to start chemotherapy. Was given timeline of 3 weeks to 3 months.
1/15-day 6 they put a block on a nerve that would help alleviate pain the tumor was giving him in his shoulder. They had to stop blood thinners for 24 hours to preform procedure which lead to him getting a blood clot in his lung.
.
For over a week they have been watching his brain for possible bleeds or clots. His left side is weak, isn’t able to walk. He’s been going through speech, occupational and physical therapy.

1/23- day 14 Bryan had another stroke which brings him back to day 1 for waiting 4 weeks to start chemotherapy.
1/25- day 16 they are currently working with hospice to bring Bryan home.

Bryan is self employed and runs the Chuck Wagon in the Green Bay Area. Bryan also has a chip and jerky business in GB. His wife Lisa has been by his side trying to wrap her head around everything that’s moving very quickly. They currently have no money coming in. I’m hoping to raise money that will help alleviate some of the financial impact this diagnosis is having on Bryan & Lisa. I’m also looking for Prayers as I believe in the power of prayers. If you are not able to financially help out that is okay, they wouldn’t want you to short yourself. If you could please say prayers, we consider that a huge blessing.

Thank you for reading Bryan’s story.
God Bless,
Tami Wall
