Rebuild The Bui Family Home

Ten years after immigrating to America from Vietnam, our mother worked tirelessly to purchase this home for our family all on her own. Today, we watched horrified as our home burned to the ground.
At around 3 am on Monday, March 28th, our family dog Terry woke everyone in the home alerting us of the flames and likely saving our lives. Thankfully due to the help from the first responders all family members including Terry, made it outside safely. We then watched, heartbroken as our childhood home was swallowed by the merciless fire.
As the morning has gone on, we have learned that the structure is unsalvageable. We have lost absolutely everything in our three-bedroom home, including our valuables, our two cars, and irreplaceable items like generations of family photos.
As an immigrant family, we depend on our community, which is why we are asking for your help now. We take our story to GoFundMe to ask for help and support as we rebuild our family home. We are asking for any donations toward constructing a new home and keeping our family fed, clothed, and sheltered until it is completed.
We are humbled by the gestures of generosity we have already received.
