C.H.O.I.C.E.S.' mission is to be a resource center for the clinically diagnosed and at risk children of obesity. We promote weight management and lifestyle changes through nutrition education, physical activity, peer socialization and community involvement.
Our current programs include the Cooking with C.H.O.I.C.E.S. family classes, the Sisters in the L.I.T.E. workshops, the Camp Divas summer day camps and the annual Let's Move! DeKalb Back To School Fitness Fun Expo.
There are many ways to help and opportunities for every budget.
C.H.O.I.C.E.S. is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.
