Get Camille Players 2 Global Finals

For the first time in its history, Camille Playhouse has created a Destination Imagination team of actors composed of students from Los Fresnos, Rivera, The Science Academy of South Texas,  & Veterans Memorial High Schools. These students also grew up and currently head up our Summer Workshop for Kids program.

Placing 1st at region competition, these amazing young people advanced and competed at State Competition in Anna, Texas where they received 3rd place, thusly qualifying them to compete at Global Finals in Knoxville, Tennessee. There they will represent The Camille Playhouse as they compete against 15+ countries at this international competition.

Besides representing the Camille Playhouse on a global level, as they compete, they will be learning from various workshops as they explore The University of Tennessee.

The funds raised will go to registration, housing, and travel costs.  Any donation made will be thanked on our Noises Off! Playbill that runs from May 13-22. Any donation will be greatly appreciated, as these students become a true acting troupe traveling to their next venue and proving that the Valley has an incredible array of young theatrical talent.

Destination Imagination Finals are from May 23-28, 2016
