RED OWL GROUP- My name is Carol Good Bear, I am treasurer for “Idaa kube-Hishish”Ethics and Reform MHA. We believe in holding elected leaders accountable. We stand for Constitutional enforcement by the People for financial transparency, full participation in our legislative process and to override the Council via referendum vote. Your generous donations are needed to support our efforts to enforce the provisions of our Constitution and Bylaws regarding financial transparency, the right for all tribal members to fully participate in our legislative and election processes and our right to petition for referendum vote. The People of our great MHA Nation reserved all Constitutional powers to themselves, the power rests with the people. Any business conducted by our elected tribal leaders should be done in accordance with our Tribal Constitution. It’s time to exercise our power and rein in our Tribal Business Council. We, the Red Owl group, exercised our rights, filed in court, & legal actions taken seek injunctive relief. All donations are used for legal costs.
