Supporting Carson in Memory of Crystal Hunnicutt

This fundraiser was created on behalf of Carson Hunnicutt, Parts Team Member at David McDavid Honda Irving. Crystal is Carson's mother, and the following message was created by the Hunnicutt family.

On February 25th, Crystal's life took an unexpected turn with the devastating diagnosis of Glioblastoma, Brain Cancer. What began as a trip to the ER for worsening Vertigo symptoms led to brain surgery to biopsy and remove as much of the tumor as possible. Despite the successful surgery, Crystal tragically lost her battle with Glioblastoma just 13 days later, on March 7th.

Crystal was not only a devoted mother but also a cherished Maui Jim representative for the past decade who was so loved by her accounts and customers that included Asbury Automotive Group. She was the sole parent and provided a loving home for her son, Carson, who now faces a daunting new chapter in his life. As a single parent, Crystal's passing has forced Carson to move from the home they shared.

Now, Carson not only grieves the loss of his only parent but also grapples with the uncertainty of his future, particularly his college education and the costs associated with relocating.
