First I would like to THANK U for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read my story.  THANK U for donating as every dollar is needed and used towards medical co-pays/supplies, past due household, insurance and other bills, groceries or gas to get to doctor appointments.  THANK U for caring enough to share my story to help my family and I from being evicted or be without food, water, electric or propane.  THANK U for your prayers of strength so that I may get my family through this difficult time...If you are uneasy about donating I do have memorabilia and personal items for sale from the Keely Smith Estate that the family has given me permission to sell to help me during this financially difficult time...Thank u... UPDATED Sept 11, 2019... I was working for The First Lady of Vegas; legendary Grammy Award winning singer, Keely Smith and her family.  I was her personal assistant and caregiver for the last 5 years before she passed away in December of 2017.  Then I was helping her daughters with the estate until October of 2018.  My plan was to look for another permanent position as a private caregiver or become a caregiver thru IHSS.  But life hit me hard at the end of 2018 and the 2019 New Year slapped the crap out of me to the point that I have been unable to recover!!! Friends and family know that I usually bust my a$$ to take care of those I love regardless of how I feel.  But since my auto accident in October of 2016, my health has declined. I still suffer with severe pain and headaches daily and I was recently diagnosed in January of 2019 with Fibromyalgia and am currently being treated by a rheumatologist.  Also my asthma and allergies have become so severe that I have to carry an Epi pen with me now because just going outside aggravates my symptoms. I also suffer from depression and anxiety. I recently underwent a total hysterectomy due to a large pelvic mass that leaked into my body and adhered my abdomen and intestines to my uterus with scar tissue.  I have re-applied for disability with updated medical information and the backing of 3 of my doctors in hopes that this time my claim will be fully supported.  We are waiting on welfare to get food stamps and am covered by insurance thru them already.  My surgery has further complicated my situation and extends the period of time I will be down and unable to work.  My biggest concerns are that in March of 2018 we became guardians to a 79 year old Uncle with special needs.  He requires daily, 24 hour care. My husband and I would share in taking care of him but the brunt of his care has now fallen on me since my husband has fallen ill.... In December of 2018 my husband was diagnosed with an adrenal adenoma.  He is a very proud US Navy Veteran, Rescue Diver, a Minister, Father, Grandpa and a Uncle. We have raised nieces and nephews as well as our own.  He is very passionate about his family including our four-legged children.  He has many other medical issues as well.  He is a Type 1 Diabetic, has Coronary Artery Disease, Neuropathy and Retinopathy, suffers from chronic pain and has PTSD and anxiety from being in the military.  Now with the adrenal issue, he is at high risk for stroke, ketoacidosis, kidney failure, etc.  This is very scary for us because his father died at a young age of kidney failure.  So he too requires daily care now as he has suffered some complications that have rendered him to be on oxygen daily and he is in a wheelchair due to shortness of breath, pain and weakness when walking or standing for longer than 2min tops.  He has undergone many tests in the past couple months and is still being tested to find the root cause of his symptoms. The daily care for him and our uncle is not covered by their insurances. Since I have been unable to look for work due to taking care of myself as well as my husband and uncle, we have unfortunately used up all of our savings trying to survive and now are in DESPERATE need of help. We are currently 3 months behind on household bills, insurances have lapsed and the car payment.  I try to scramble and beg for the funds as I get the cut off notices so that my family does not go without electric, water or propane.  Not to mention the new medications, co-pays, procedures and tests that my husband has been having because of all these new medical issues and symptoms! Never in a million years did I ever think I would have to ask for help because usually we are the ones giving, so this has been extremely hard for me as I humble myself to ask for donations, a share or a prayer. Even in my weakened state I will not let my family become homeless or go without the necessities of daily living.  I really hate that it has come to this but I am desperate and have exhausted all of my community resources and I just do not know what else to do. I am the bread winner and the one that usually takes care of everything and everyone. But I am literally at a halt! Anything you can give, $1, $5, $10 will help. Thank u
