Cassie's Journey to Recovery

Hello. Cassie could use some help. Throughout most of her adult life, she has gone untreated for drug and alcohol abuse. The cyclical nature of the disease and lack of means to get treatment has held her back from a life of normalcy. Cassie’s kind, loving, and caring personality deserves a chance to thrive and be happy.

In late February, Cassie will begin inpatient treatment at Cumberland Heights in Tennessee for anywhere between 30 and 60 days. The facility comes highly recommended by several addiction specialists and personal reviews. Post-rehab will involve years of therapy and medication to help Cass maintain her wellness goals. While health insurance will cover some of the cost, the out-of-pocket expenses, in both the immediate future and the many years to come, could be overwhelming for someone trying to find a new lease on life. The goal is ultimately to ease the burden on Cassie so she can turn all of her attention to getting well and bringing back the woman we all care about. Cassie doesn’t want this weight in her life anymore. Addiction struggles have stolen her away from her friends and family who miss her terribly.
