Help Castle's DI Team Go To Globals

       Hi! I'm Castle Edwards and I'm an 8th grader at CY Middle School in Casper, Wyoming. I am in the Destination Imagination program that teaches the creative process and problem-solving skills, empowering us to apply (without adult's assistance!) 21st century skills such as critical thinking and collaboration to a variety of challenges. 
       Recently at the DI State Competition, my team "Smart Team Goals" earned the privilege with our performance to go to the Destination Imagination Global Finals and compete against DI teams from all over the world!
       The DI Global Finals are held in Knoxville, Tennessee at the end of May and last for 5 days. We will have the opportunity to attend Olympic-inspired opening and closing ceremonies, interactive exhibits, a duct tape costume ball, an international passport party, workshops hosted by NASA and the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, and the opportunity to compete and showcase our presentation that my team and I have worked hard on the entire school year!
       This is an incredible opportunity, but also a very costly one. We have estimated with our airplane tickets, bus tickets, meals, housing, and the DI event fee that it will cost $1,525 for me to attend with my team. 
       I can't thank you enough for considering to help me raise the $1,525 that I need by May 15th to be able to experience this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
