Save Cecil Taylor's life

Hi all,

Hale Baskin's little chihuahua Cecil Taylor was pulled through a small hole in his backyard fence by two dogs and attacked Saturday evening. Luckily, Hale saw it happen and was able to get to the neighbor's backyard and get him out pretty quickly. However, Cecil is very, very small and ended up suffering:

A pelvis broken in 4 places
Internal bleeding
Bruising on his lungs
Multiple puncture wounds

Cecil got to see the surgeon today, Monday May 22nd, and the estimate for the surgery to fix him is $9,000. Cecil is expected to make a full recovery after surgery, however, Hale does not have a credit line that is high enough to treat him.

Hale has already treated his internal bleeding and all the puncture wounds and is paying $750 a day to keep him here with us for now- this is maxing out the existing credit line.

Please help our desperate effort to save Cecil. Hale will use the remainder of the credit line to keep him stable for another 24 hrs in hopes we can fund at least a portion of the surgery by tomorrow. If we are unable to do so Hale will need to euthanize Cecil and use the existing donations to cover the $4000 spent to get him through the weekend.
