THERAPY DOG needs SPINAL PROCEDURE

Hello! My name is Chase. I am a working Therapy dog registered with Therapy Dogs Internantional. I volunteer weekly and visit with Facilities in Los Angeles, California and I visit all walks of life of all ages. Some of my Therapy visits include going to the Silverlake library where children sign up to read to me. Other visits are educational where I visit young kids in schools and dicuss how important Therapy Dogs are and how we need more of them. I also visit assisted living facilities to lower blood pressure, and raise the hopes and spirits of the mentally challenged. Pet Therapy is vital and people who need me look forward to my weekly visits. I bring love, joy and hapiness. I have the ability to make people feel alive and remind them what its like to love and feel love back.

Recently, I have been diagnosed with a neurological problem with the lower part of my spine thats effected the use of my back legs, and it's restricted me from being able to continue my visits at this point. Although my symptoms are similar, I've tested negative for Degenerative Myelopathy. I am a very healthy dog other than this problem. My veterinarian thinks I may have slipped a disk and I need an MRI to determined if it can be fixed with surgery. 

Can you please help me? I have setup a GOFUNDME account to donate money for my medical expenses. I am hoping that GOFUNDME will help me raise funds for the combined costs of the MRI, Spinal Tap, Spinal Surgery, Meds and Hospital stay.
