This campaign is to raise money for one of the best guys I know to get a much needed weight loss surgery. I know that we are all wanting to lose weight, but this is a matter of life and death. Anyone who knows Jayson, knows that he has tried all types of diets for the past 15 years. The Lap band surgery is estimated to cost from 12-20k including preparation, surgery itself & recovery.
I’m fearful that our friend won’t be around much longer if he isn’t able to get this surgery. He’s been denied by his insurance company multiple times because he is "not unhealthy enough" despite the obvious risks to his health. I’m hopeful you’ll donate whatever amount you can afford, whether small or large. Every penny helps.
