Chris's Medical Bills

Donation protected
Update July 18th:
Chris is healing everyday. He is still in the hospital. We were hoping he was going to be able to go home next week but the doctors say a few more weeks. He is getting tired of the hospital life, understandably. But so thankful he is progressing forward and the tumor is shrinking, thanks God! Thank you for your prayers and donations. They are so helpful and appreciated!

Update: June 17th
Hi everyone! Chris is healing. Slowly but surely. He cannot walk at the moment so everyday when my
Mom and Yuki, Chris's girlfriend, get to the hospital, they wheel chris out to the lobby so he can see outside for 10 minutes. It is nice for him to get out of his room as well.

Since Chris cannot walk, they were restraining him to his bed but luckily they were able to take the restraints off. That is a sigh of relief, thanks God! Chris starts chemo and radiation again on Monday and he has 27 days left. He will be in the hospital during that time.

Thank you for your donations, I know it is really helping Chris out. Before Chris checked into the hospital, he was in Nepal filming. In Nepal, his bag got stolen which included his wallet with cash in it. It also had company receipts for the month which he will not get reimbursed for, understandably but still unfortunate. It was horrible timing but your donations are making a difference.

Your prayers are most important. Thank you, they are truly holding my family up and making a difference in Chris's journey. I am forever grateful for that.

June 12th

Hi Everyone! As most of you know, Chris had a cancerous brain tumor in 2013. He had 2 surgeries and was declared cancer free, thanks God! Chris went to the doctor first of June for vision problems and unfortunately a new tumor has made its way into Chris's  brain. Your not staying long stupid tumor! Chris has about a month of sick time built up but after that,  he will not get paid. His company allows you off for an illness for two months but you can only use that every two years. Unfortunately, he used his time December 2013. He also is going to be getting  a priavate room once released from ICU to heal better. That is $400/night but it is so crucial when healing from his surgery. This is an addition to the normal expenses that come with brain surgery and being hospitalized for months. So needless to say, after this is all said and done- its going to cost Chris a pretty penny.

I know we are all praying for Chris and that is so appreciated and it is the most important thing we can do. I  want Chris to be released from the hospital and not be worried about money. That is the last thing I want him to be stressed about.  I started this GoFundMe to raise money to help Chris with his medical and personal expenses. All funds will be automatically deposited into his bank account which he can withdraw from Japan.

Thank you all for your continued prayers and support. I know it means the world to Chris!
