CHRISTOPHER SEXTON
(Funeral fund & money for his three children)
My name is Ashley Sexton. My brother is Chris Sexton who passed away at 29 years old on 1/17/17 while involved in a shooting in Soddy Daisy, TN. He was my rock, my best friend and the best man I've ever met. I was so very blessed to be his sister. He loved God and his kids more then life itself. His family and friends, who were like family to him, he also loved dearly. He always said he felt he had a bigger purpose for him and if God would allow it when he made it to heaven he would want to become an angel who protected and watched over all his family and friends.. I truly believe he is doing just that, right now. Sadly, Chris departed from this world leaving three beautiful, heart-broken children behind. He had been mid-process of switching life insurance carriers when he passed. This left him without active life insurance at his time of death. Funerals are very costly and his children are now without their father's financial support. **All donations to this account will be used towards his funeral and divided up among his children for their future.** Any donation big or small is a blessing and greatly appriciated. He loved you all.. please remember the life of the amazing, good hearted, loving man, father, son, brother, nephew, grandson, friend, cousin, and all he was and not the media's false portral of him just to make a story. I remeber at family gatherings he always lead us in the most beutiful prayers and on my last night out with him he noticed a homeless man in Rossville, Ga sleeping in the corner on the sidewalk. He walked over to the man and offered him something to drink, his hoody for warmth and a snack. The man was shy and was unable to communicate. Chris soon realized he was deaf. Chris smiled, hugged him, then went back to his truck to grab a pen and paper. The man would write him an note, but Chris had dyslexia which made him a very slow reader and not much of a writer, so I stood there as their translator and read for one and wrote for the other. They became instant best friends and Chris brought him out with us that night, gave him money and bought him food. They were both all smiles. Chris had the biggest heart and never met a stranger. He was the defender of the underdog and weak. His love was vast, deep and unconditional. He is gone, but never forgotten. He was my heart and I am devastated I have to live in this world without him. Please pray for his soul to be with God and for our family to find comfort knowing he was loved by so many and now in the arms of the Lord all of our savior.
Please donate any amount possible.
Any little bit helps. <3 <3 <3
His favorite verse was .. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"
I love you with all my heart! - Your big sis
I heard someone tried to say this page wasn't really going to go to my brother's funeral.. well here is your proof.. I have already paid 4,195 for his funeral plot and have 10,000 more to for his memeorial and burial, etc. Plus he left kids behind and I will make sure it goes to him and them on my love as his sister!
