Christine (Brown) Lucas Family Fire

Yesterday our friend Christine (Brown) Lucas and her family experienced a terrible tragedy when they lost everything that they own in a devastating house fire. Thankfully Christine and her daughters, Brooke and Hannah, made it out of the house unscathed but as you can see in the video below, their home is a complete loss and they escaped with nothing but the clothes on their backs.

Fortunately Christine and her husband Ryan do have insurance but the payout must go towards the mortgage so they are left to come up with replacing all of their belongings on their own.
Christine was a classmate (Class of 99) of many of ours throughout junior high and high school at Quilcene High School in Quilcene, Washington and allthough she and her family are thousands of miles away we are determined to do as much to help them as possible from all corners of the country. We hope to raise enough money to help them cover the $1,000 insurance deductible along with raising funds to help cover the cost of room and board while they get back on their feet. Anything above this will be used to replace the countless items and belongings that were lost.
