Cierra's Cancer Treatment Costs

Hello,

My name is Chantal Miranda and my mothers is Renee Ragin. We are fundraising for our amazing Aunt and Sister Cierra Conti.

Cierra and her husband Gabe’s world turned upside down earlier this year, in February, after a routine visit to the doctor revealed the worst news imaginable.

At the age of 34, Cici has been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer.

Her physicians immediately put in a port for chemo and set a treatment plan for the cancer which thankfully has not spread.

On top of this devastating news, Cici and Gabe had to make a tough decision. They had no choice but to terminate their pregnancy.

As of now, her current treatment plan is to continue chemotherapy and begin the healing process.

And that is where we would like YOU to come in.

Like so many in the world today, with the high cost of living, Cici is uninsured. The costs for continued chemo and future surgeries will be expensive. The “what the hell is wrong with America and our health care system” kind of expensive. She can’t beat this thing without you and your generosity.

Despite it all, Cici’s spirits remain positive and optimistic. Anyone who has had the privilege of getting to know Cici, would know.

She’s the best of us: compassionate, understanding, hilarious, goofy, kind, considerate, and hospitable. The type of person that will always lend her support and attention to you in a time of need; she will make you feel like the most important and cared-for person in the world, no matter what she's dealing with in her own life.

Now she needs us to channel our own "inner-Cici" Conti.
