Cindy Cook Travers Medical Fund

A year ago, Cindy Cook Travers, after having seizure was diagnosed with brain tumors. Thankfully, most of the tumors were removed with surgery but were diagnosed malignant (cancerous).  The doctors kept a close eye on Cindy and after 30 days of radiation and months of chemotherapy they realized one of tumors had grown.  The Doctors didn’t know if it was from the swelling caused by radiation or if it had just grown. In February of 2016, Cindy underwent a second surgery.  Cindy’s faith in God is unwavering and with everyone’s prayers the Doctor was successful in removing the growing tumor.  She will be on Chemo medication indefinitely for the remaining tumors.

Cindy is the most caring, loving and determined person that anyone would have the pleasure to know. She maintained her full time job during her daily radiation schedule and chemotherapy while caring for her elderly parents, her husband, and her 8 year old twins. Cindy and her husband make a monthly mortgage payment on their home but are unable to finish building it. Unfortunately, it has come to them putting their home up for sale.

For those of you who know Cindy, she is the most selfless human who's always concerned about making sure others are comfortable beore ever considering her own needs or personal agenda. Today we are asking from the bottom of our hearts to help raise her and her family up and help relieve any burden from her recovery with a donation or just a positive thought.
