Corona Summer Slide

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Literacy in the H.O.O.D, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me!  Literacy in the H.O.O.D. (Helping-Out-Our-Disenfranchised) is in immediate need of a van/truck to deliver books to more areas throughout North East Ohio.  This fundraiser will assist with the purchasing of that vehicle.  Two out of Three NEO students have no books at all.  Purchasing a vehicle will assist with increasing reading levels for families by delivering books to low-income families.  Research shows that the academic performance of Children growing up in homes with no books lags in average of three years behind kids raised in homes with lots of books.  There is so much that can be done to assist our Children in the inner city but unfortunately your zip code plays a big role. Literacy in the H.O.O.D's "Corona Summer Slide" fundraiser is working to fill in some of these lags by delivering so all Children can have "lots of Books" no matter your zip code.  Please help in any way that you can!  Not only will we deliver books but we will have resources available explaining why you should read 15-20min each day!
