Missions trip to Cambodia
Donation protected
Missions is something I've wanted to do for such a long time, however, when the time came I would talk myself out of it or make an excuse that it wasn't the right trip for me. However, when I found out about the trip to Cambodia, a fire lit within me like no other. Rather than doors closing, God opened doors that originally would have been impossible.
The fight against domestically abused women has been a deep passion for many, many years, but the fight against sex trafficking is absolutely out of control....even here in little Wichita, KS. However, in Cambodia, families are so poor, they sell their daughters in order to support the rest of the family. Please help! NO child should ever be sold or be a victim of such terrifying, uncomprehendable actions. As a victim of sexual abuse, I felt God led me to take this trip as a safe voice to those less fortunate!
While in Cambodia, our team of 6 women (including myself) from Life Church will be visiting the She Rescue Home in Phnom Penh that rescues girls and youth women from the sex trafficking industry. We will also be taking part in a food program, shampoo and de-licing children's hair, playing with the children, and ministering to women and young girls. This is a chance of a lifetime and I cannot wait to see the glory and miracles God brings through this trip.
For more information regarding SHE Rescue, I encourage you to click on www.sherescuehome.org in hopes your are blown away as I was and encouraged to donate.
Your support and your prayers are deeply appreciated! Be blessed.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." ~Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)
