Dani's story

As we progress through our days we have come to the conclusion that this ride will not be a short one, we are in for a long haul. Never in my life would I ever think that I would be here a year later and still not know what is going on to have a child go from healthy and happy to sick and unable to care for herself without help. As my mother is a nurse, she sees this everyday. She understands the suffering the families have to go through, and it is one of the most difficult things to see. However, it is one of her favorite parts of her job. She can make a difference, even if it is a small one. A touch, a smile, a good cry, a shoulder to cry on, someone to take their anger out on, she has hear it all and understands, she really does! Now, my mother is on the other side, and it is harder than she could have every imagined.
We have had several bad weeks of going what you would say "backwards" which is making it harder on Dani, my mother, and our whole family. She is so determined to go forward and live her life to the best of her ability. She does understand it may never be the same for her, but we can tell you that she will try her hardest to get to that point if at all possible. We are going to continue with Dani's Story on GOFUNDME.COM in hopes of helping her along her road ahead of medical bills and endless lists of medications. This goal will only be for medical costs, nothing else. Modifications for safety need to be added to some rooms also for Dani to have easier mobility. Dani is a very private person, and we cannot allow much information regarding her condition on this side. But we will tell you that for those of you who have stopped by (thank you by the way) you have noted a difference. This "thing" she has, and we call it that because after 1 year they still have no name for it insideous. It ruins your body, your personality, your future, and if you let it your family! Thank goodness we have stuck together for the "family" part!!
Dani will be writing a book on her experience so she can bring attention to not only this condition that has robber her of 1 year of her life and more than likely 2 more to come, so that she can bring attention to it. The medical field needed to listen before it was to late, they needed to be preventative, proactive, have better pain management, so much has fallen through the cracks in our system. From the first responders rights down to the "specialists". Women around the world need to see what is going on with Dani so they can be aware that you should not be blown off because "it's womans issues!!!" They need to LISTEN so we don't suffer what Dani and probablly 1000's upon 1000's of other women are suffering from. You may also be allergic to your own hormones, and it is not a good thing because the medical field is clueless what to do. Lets share this to care everyone, GO VIRAL. We are not doing this only for Dani, but all of the women out there that are being ignored when they go into an office with symptoms and are ignored. If you are having reactions during your cycles laddies, please pay attention to this. Track everything and bring it to your doctor. Be one step ahead of this before it is too late!
