DTLA Food Drive

Decatur Trades & Labor Assembly is calling on union members to help us help others. 

With the COVID-19 crisis hitting all of us, especially the unemployed and underemployed, we want to provide union members in need with food for their families.  

All donations will be used to purchase food from union-employed grocery stores in the Decatur area and distributed to union members facing challenges during the pandemic.  

We will host the project at the Painters hall, 234 W. Cerro Gordo Street in Decatur.  Those wanting to drop off non-perishable food items for the project can contact Bill Francisco  or Jerrime Hiser and they will set up a time for drop off.   

Donations can be given through the "gofundme" account here or can be mailed to:  DTLA Food Drive, P. O. Box 2847, Decatur, IL  62524.  

Additionally, local unions are encouraged to send names of those who could use some help in these uncertain times. 

We appreciate your willingness to join us as we support working families.  An injury to one is an injury to all - and we are grateful for your participation in this worthwhile project.
