Need help with medical bills and rent

Hello, my name is Dale Walters, and I am reaching out to you for some help with my rent and medical bills I have been struggling to pay my bills due to various medical issues including 3 neck and back surgeries, I have tried to find other sources of income, but primarily living off of unemployment benefits. I am currently running in to a problem where there is a gap between my unemployment ending and my social security starts, I need 5000 to cover my rent for 2 to 3 months and pay my medical bills. My primary care doctor has been extremely nice about my balance, but he said he cannot see me again until my balance is up to date. I currently owe 1200 to my doctor.

I have never asked for any help before in my life and feel ashamed asking for it but this time I have no other way out.
