Darryl McDowell Memorial Fund

Darryl Lee McDowell was born on January 8th 1984 and passed on Wednesday October 9th 2014. He was a key player on the Stone Bridge varsity football team his 10th through 12th grade. He also was a head coach for the titans in the AYFL football league. He was 30 years old and had been battling type 2 diabetes for many years. We have two beautiful boys Isaiah age 10 and Elijah age 9. Early Thursday morning I went to wake my husband up for work and I noticed he was unusually still and once i began to shake him i knew something was not right. I turned him over and put my ear to his chest and mouth and he was not breathing and had no heart beat. He was pronounced dead once he arrived at the hospital. This was a totally shock to me and my boys. Our boys and I are now left with a huge void in our lives. I am reaching out to anybody that would be willing to donate to help us out with the funeral cost and medical bills. My husband did not have health insurance because we could not afford it through his job. This tragedy was very unexpected and heartbreaking for our boys and me. We were unabe to get a life insurance policy on him due to our finances. I would appreciate any donation you are willing to give my boys and me to help us out during this difficult time. Funeral service will be held on 10/15/14 at 1pm at Leesburg Community Church. Please keep my boys and I in your prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
