On May 19th, 2020 David ‘Huey’ Hayman passed away suddenly in his home.
Huey was a loving husband, father, son, brother, friend, goalie, tripper, musical encyclopedia, filmmaker, and mentor.
Dave exuded passion in all areas of his life.
He was always honest, sometimes outspoken, often hilarious.
From his days at Camp Timberlane and Willowbrook PS, to Thornlea, York U and throughout his career as a Music Supervisor on hundreds of Films and TV shows - Dave touched countless people's lives with his generosity, compassion, and his infectious spirit.
Dave's love for his wife Ali was unmistakable from the very beginning and unwavering throughout their lives together.
His love for his daughter Ruby was immeasurable.
Our hope is that this fund will help Ali and Ruby so that, with the incredible hardship they are going through right now, their financial needs will not be a burden for some time.
