David's assisted living campaign

My name is David Burgo. I am 49 years old and have juvenile diabetes, neuropathy and multiple sclerosis. The combined diseases have left me unable to fend for myself. My savings have dwindled because of the tremendous medical expenses that have been incurred due to my illnesses. I can no longer walk, my hands shake uncontrollably, my blood sugar levels fluctuate severely and I am now in need of "around the clock" care.
