Debbie's Daughter

If you are very, very lucky, you have a friend like Debbie Zipp. Someone who remembers every event or date of consequence in your life and makes sure to check in at just the moment you need reassurance. A woman who would move heaven and earth for the people she loves. And has.
Well, now she needs some earth-moving, and we want to do the heavy lifting we can for her.
Months ago, her fabulous, accomplished, grab-life-by-the-throat daughter was diagnosed with a rare condition, Ossifying Fibroma of the Maxilla, that requires grueling and delicate surgery that will be performed in early March. Thanks to the Affordable Care Act, Debbie and her husband have insurance to cover the basic cost of the operation, but, as is true for many of us, dental coverage is not part of that package, and a significant element of her daughter’s condition involves the removal of and eventual implantation of many teeth. That’s where we come in.
We are kicking off this drive to unburden our dear friend of the projected $15,000 dental bill she faces by contributing $4,000 to get the ball rolling. We hope all of you out there who have been fortunate to call Debbie a friend will jump in, and we invite those who haven’t been touched by her bright light and generous nature to join us in the spirit of community and in honor of all the truly-deserving people you know, who work their butts off giving their best and most to the world.
P.S. To find out more about the disease and treatment, please visit: OSSIFYING FIBROMA of the Maxilla https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4479764/
