Deputy Al Parker has recently suffered a Major Heart attack. The only two options for Deputy Al Parker is a Heart Transplant or a Mechanical Heart.  Deputy Al Parker has served the Gates County Community with the Sheriff Office and with Eure Volunteer Fire Department.
