Fran Troy: Devitt-Troy Memorial Scholarship

We are the Troy family and we are raising funds in honor of Fran Troy. Fran was our loving mother, wife, daughter and a friend to so many. She, like her parents and children, graduated from Hull High School, and worked there as Guidance Secretary and Registrar. She devoted herself to brightening the lives of her students, friends and family.

 

The Devitt-Troy Family Memorial Scholarship was founded in 2017 by Fran in memory of her father, Michael Devitt. The scholarship aims to honor and recognize a graduating senior who demonstrates gratitude, kindness, compassion, and shows an aptitude for persevering through adversity, just like Fran.

In lieu of flowers we would ask for donations to the scholarship fund so that we can continue Fran’s mission of giving back to her community and providing an opportunity for her students to reach their dreams.
