My name is Deya! I have been a professional makeup artist for about 10 years. I started my makeup career in 2005 and began working for MAC Cosmetics in 2006. Makeup has always been my passion. I truly enjoy empowering women and making them feel beautiful. It is such a rewarding gift that God has blessed me with.

I am forever greateful to those who have always pushed me to strive for greater and believed in my artistry even at times when I didnt believe in myself.
Since forever, (LOL) my friends, co-workers and clients have always suggested that I do youtube tutorials. They would always say, " you would be perfect at that Deya, "they would love your personality ", "it could really benefit you" ," I need you to teach me how to do my makeup GURLAAA!"
I would always smile and reply saying : "Maybe oneday".
After being motivated to do so, I would then attempt (keyword: Attempt, LOL) at creating a youtube tutorial on my broke down old laptop, with no proper lighting, camera equipment, editing software, or nice sized mirror and of course all of my attempts were a FAIL.com.edu.gov.net.org
Soooooo, I just gave up.
Recently, it was placed on my heart again to start up a youtube tutorial beauty channel. However, I was faced with the same dilemma - I still do not have the proper equipment to develop quality tutorials.
So this is the part where I would need your help!
When I start my youtube tutorial channel, I want to be effective, BOLD, official, LIVE and professional. It is a lot of competition in the world of beauty tutorials so it is vital that I come with full force!!
In order to make this happen , I need some efficient tools!
