Ptra. Diane April D. Forto’s Funeral Fund

Dear Family and Friends,

Ptra. Diane Dumaran Forto, a beloved 40 year old, went home to the Lord peacefully on November 16, 2024.

Ptra. Diane was a CKD patient who was on Dialysis. Her passing was caused by an unexpected incident that happened while she was at home where she fainted in the bathroom and somehow hit her head somewhere. Blood was all over her face when my brother found her in their room. On the way to the hospital is when she went to home to the Lord.

She was a kind and compassionate soul who touched the lives of many. She was known for her love of family and dedication in serving the Lord. She will be deeply missed by her husband (my youngest brother), Rev. Emilson Yadao Forto, their son, Ezekiel Jed Forto, the Dumaran and Forto Family and friends.
