Help Support the Byrne Family!

As some of you may know, our neighbor and dearest friend, Diane Byrne was diagnosed this past August with Stage 4 Cervical Cancer. This diagnosis was very sudden and took the entire Byrne family off guard as they had just returned the day before from a family vacation in Puerto Rico. Feeling ill throughout the trip, Diane went to the hospital the day after getting home where she received this devistating prognosis. With the help of her doctors at UPenn, her husband Ray, and two daughters Alex and Sam, Diane is fighting everday to beat this disease that too many families face. As many people can understand, trips to the hospital for chemotherapy and treatments, medical expenses, meals, as well everyday expenses can add up when faced with such a hardship. Through this page we are hoping to raise money to help the Byrne family feel more at ease knowing that even a small portion of their expenses and everyday worries are taken care of. We love this family with all of our hearts and want them to know they are not alone during this difficult time and have an entire community of family, friends, and neighbors surrounding and supporting them. We will also be throwing a Beef & Beer for Diane Byrne and her family on Friday December 9th @ 7pm. The event will be held at the Brookhaven Municipal Center in Brookhaven PA.
