Please Help My Sweet Friend

My friend Charlie was in a horrible rollover accident Memorial Weekend 2022. She sustained many injuries that required multiple surgeries, some of which are still waiting for enough healing to do. She has already had emergency surgery for a broken spine immediately after the car accident and will require a second surgery for her spine in a year. She has been in a wheelchair for over two months as her foot had multiple fractures that she had to heal and both knees required surgery. To date, she has had 2 of the surgeries needed and will be off her feet for another 6 weeks at least. Eventually, she will need surgery on her right knee which requires at least two months for recovery and include weekly physical therapy visits. She is healing from two broken ribs, a partially deflated lung and lacerations to the liver. The accident left her with (what they call) a seatbelt mark and squished her intestines; they kept her in the hospital for seven days without solid food to keep an eye on it and make sure it did not require surgery or additional life-saving measures. Charlie has been out of work and has many more months/years of recovery. Due to that, she has had difficulty finding a remote job with her disabilities and struggles to make ends meet with the medical bills, rent and groceries.
