Dudetrek: A 56,000 mile Low Impact Adventure
Donation protected
Join me on my 56,000 mile, 10 year long adventure through every ecosystem in the Continental US, the Baja Peninsula and the Rocky and Appalachian Mountains in Canada.
My goal is to ask the following questions of everyone I meet, including experts who focus on sustainability and conservation issues:
How do you fulfill your most basic needs?
What else do you need?
What do you do with your waste?
What does your community need?
What does your local environment need?
The answers to these questions will help connect us to each other and to our local habitats through the commonality of our needs and the impacts that they have on our ecosystems. Go to Dudetrek.com to answer them for yourself!
My goal is to raise $6,400 by the end of 2020, $1 for every mile during the first year of my adventure.
Since 2012, I have hiked over 10,000 miles across parts of the US and around the world, and I have met thousands of people who are united by their enthusiasm and determination to be good stewards of the environment, but don't know how or simply have never taken action. This is your chance.
The driving force that motivates me to tackle such a huge adventure is my belief that if given the opportunity, we would all like to the leave the world a little better off than how we found it. Not only would it give me great inspiration for you to show your support, it will also benefit all of our local communities and habitats in a tangible way.
Help me achieve my dream, and participate in reconnecting us all to our natural world by donating to this cause!
Thank you so much, and I'll see you out there!
