Dwayne and Dylan Womack New Start

Hi all. Dwayne and Dylan are facing a new life with a lot of uncertainty; I am setting up this GoFundMe to see if we can help get them set on the right path. Dwayne is a remote paramedic who has selflessly given so much of himself to his friends, family and strangers in need; many of us see him as an invaluable resource, mentor and friend.

Dwayne had a wonderful relationship with Barbara, the mother of their son Dylan, who has autism; even though they were separated, they co-parented and did everything they could to provide for Dylan.

Unfortunately, Dwayne was placed in the position of coming home unexpectedly to care for Barbara who was diagnosed with stage IV cancer and passed away very, very quickly. To do so, Dwayne exhausted all of his financial resources including the little savings he had.

Now, Dwayne is facing single-parenthood for Dylan, who needs a lot of support to function well, and Dylan is facing a world without his mother which is understandably very stressful and unsettling for him.

Dwayne and Dylan have to move out of the house they are in by the end of the month, and currently do not have a place to go or the financial resources to cope with the situation. Dwayne feels like a shmuck asking for help, but he trusted me with his situation so I am asking for help from those he has helped, and any who love Dwayne, Dylan (or me- you know I would do anything to help those I love, and Dwayne is one of those people.)

Anything you can give would be of huge assistance, and Dwayne wondered if donations would be appropriate instead of flowers for condolence (which I told him they would!) Even if it's a small gift, it would be so appreciated and of help to them.
