Eastern Suburb Mosque

Muslims have been living in the Eastern Suburb of Sydney for about 50 years. There are approximately 6000 Muslims living in this area. Unfortunately we don't have a permanent place for worship yet.
During Ramadhan and Eids, Muslims pray on campus facility and the places are not enough to provide all of the jamaah. Here are some photos of the crowd during the prayer
We have raised fund since a few years ago, and Alhamdulillah we have AUD$1,003,000 , however the challenges to build a Mosque in this area is high prices of property. But we never loose hope and we believe that In Shaa Allah there will be a mosque here in the Eastern Suburb. The mosque will be place to worship and as community center. To make it happen, we need your hands to help us out.
Currently, we have bought a unit in 116 Wentworth Ave, Pagewood. The price of the property is $1,850,000 and we need stamp duty for $88,000. With that amount of money we still need around $900,000 which should be paid by the end of 2020. The unit is given in the picture below.
We need your hands to settle the payment by the end of this years. In Shaa Allah your donation will be a Sadaqah Jariah which is considered as a proof of one's Iman (faith) and In Shaa Allah get reward from Allah. As mentioned in Surah Baqarah verse 274 and 110
"Those who spend of their goods (in charity) by night and by day in secret and in public shall have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear nor shall they grieve." (QS Baqarah :274)
"And be steadfast in prayer and regular in charity: and whatever good ye send forth for your souls before you ye shall find it with Allah; for Allah sees well all that ye do." (QS Baqarah :110)
There are a lot of Muslims living in this area that need your hands to build a mosque. In Shaa Allah , this mosque will bring benefit for many people, for the donors , and for Islam. In Shaa Allah.
