Eli Mueller - Victim of the Oxford School Shooting

Hello. My name is Michelle Carter-Johnston, the cousin of the Mueller family.  I have organized this fundraiser with the expressed permission of the child's parents.

 

The Oxford High School Shooting on 11/30/21 resulted in the death of 4 students and the wounding of 7 others (6 students and a teacher). The recipient of these funds is the 14-year-old male student that was shot in the face. The bullet grazed his two fingers as it passed between them, went into his open mouth, hit and shattered 3-4 teeth, then out his right cheek below his ear. This young man at the age of 14 will have to pause his teenage life to go through medical procedures and take time to heal in many ways. Please consider donating to this fund to help him through what is to come.

 

All donations are greatly appreciated.

 

The funds raised will go toward the following:

• Any medical cost incurred by this child because of this tragedy

• His college-fund

• To help cover possible unpaid leave his parents may experience to care for their child as he recovers

 

Please note that any funds raised over the goal will go to support the victim’s girlfriend who was critically wounded in the attack and still recovering in the hospital.

 

At the time of this posting, the student was released from the hospital and started his time of recovery at home.
