FAU Bridge Build Project Eswatini, Africa

Tax deductible

Nearly a billion people worldwide lack access to basic infrastructure – infrastructure that would allow access to resources such as healthcare, food and water, and economic opportunity. Stable infrastructure, specifically footbridges, can increase access to education for children by 12%, access to employment for women by 18%, and access to healthcare can increase by 24%.

This year PCL Construction sees a great opportunity to partner with Engineers in Action, Inc. (EIA) and the Florida Atlantic University Civil Engineering College to use our engineering and construction skills to provide infrastructure to an indigenous community in Eswatini Africa. I myself representing PCL Construction as a proud FAU Civil Engineering Alumni will be traveling from March 7th-22nd along with a build team of FAU engineering students and Alumni professionals to help in the construction efforts to complete a footbridge project for this community!

We are looking for like-minded leaders in the construction and engineering industry to help in the financial support to benefit this project. The non-profit organization Engineers in Action, Inc. (EIA) mission is to work with indigenous professionals to improve the lives of people in need through sustainable programs that build their capacity while also helping to develop global awareness among program participants.

We hope that you will join us in this mission!

Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause to help communities in developing countries.
