Preservation of Rural Living.

Rural Wisconsin is under attack by wind and solar energy developers. The developers are using incredibly deceptive tactics to sell their contracts to common people who may not fully understand the magnitude of the contracts. The contracts have 3 primary goals.

1. Acquire as much landowner rights as possible (so they can do anything they want on your land)

2. Assign as much liability as possible to the land owner.

3. Pay as little as possible. Many people are led to believe they are receiving substantial amounts for access to their land. Reality is that in most cases it is a pittance.. in the neighborhood of 1%.

Farmland first is assembling a legal team and intends to fight this all the way to the supreme court if necessary.
