Medical Fund for Julie Halvorson

In June of 2015, Julie was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.  It was devastating news for a previously healthy, home schooling mother of 5 who had never smoked a day in her life.  After almost 2 years and a measure of success with various cancer treatments, the disease has mutated and spread throughout her body.  The only option Julie has now been presented with is generalized chemotherapy.  Julie is seeking out alternative treatments to support her immune system while going through the chemo. “Team Julie” is reaching out to a greater community to help offset the costs of treatments not covered by insurance, travel expenses, medications and supplements in addition to providing palliative care for Julie.  While Julie is at peace with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and is assured of her eternal home, she looks forward to every moment here on earth that she can spend with her beautiful children.
