Family vacation for a cancer victim

My brother, Fred Jay Hullinger has a very rare, fast growing cancer called germ cell (you sac) cancer. He has had 3 surgeries, and been through chemotherapy, which has not been able to touch it, it has now soread to his liver and his lymph nodes in his chest. Just 3 months ago we got the news that he has 6-12 months of life left. His wife Kim Hullinger and him would like to take a family vacation with their 3 children, Kirsten 21, Cadence 11, and Jayden who is 7, so they can experience this as a family. And to spend some family time together while they still can. Please help them to achieve this wonderful trip as a family. They would really love to take the kids to Disney!
