Purim Meal for the Greater Frei Community
Tax deductible
Leaving the orthodox-Jewish lifestyle takes courage and comes with severe consequences. Individuals who leave are often ostracized by their families and communities of origin. Many are excluded from their family's events and holiday festivities, including the family Purim meal. Not being welcome while family celebrates together leaves many feeling alone and isolated. As such, Freidom will be hosting a free meal on Purim day, Thursday, March 17th, for the greater Frei* community and their families. The meal will take place in Rockland County, NY. The meal cost comes to $2,600.00, which includes the venue rental, catering, and party supplies. Kindly donate to make this event happen.
Freidom is a registered 501(c)(3) and your donation is tax-deductible. Donations exceeding the GoFundMe goal will be used for future Freidom programming.
With appreciation,
Team Freidom
