Medical and Financial Bills for the Gaskill Family

Hello, for those who don't know, I am Kayla. I am Dan and Jamie's youngest daughter and myself, along with my sister and brother are making this fundraiser to assist our mom (Jamie) with any bills and gas money to get to and from the hospital that is about an hour each way to visit our dad (Dan).

Back in April 2022, Dan was diagnosed with AMML Leukemia and has been fighting tooth and nail to beat it. After his second round of chemotherapy, which was an aggressive treatment, things took a turn for the worst.

Dan ended up in the emergency room about one week after chemo for dehydration and everything kept getting worse. He got an infection which led to sepsis and is currently in septic shock and is being treated at Cooper Medical Center.

He was admitted into the hospital June 26 and will not be out for a long while. This is taking a toll on our family and our mom (while she is strong and not one to ask for help) could really benefit from any and all acts of care. With dad being out of work and mom having to take her vacation and FMLA as well as non paid days to be there for him, any little bit helps.
