Needing Spring Clothes & Wheelchair Accessible Van

Hi, I'm Kelly and I created this GoFundMe for myself!! I'm disabled with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy called Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy 2B and am full-time in a wheelchair!! This disease has affected my leg, hip, arms, and shoulder muscles!! I'm not able to work due to the severity of this disease and am still fighting for Disability!!

I'm temporarily living in a nursing/rehab facility so that I wouldn't have been homeless!! It has been a hard year!!  I will be moving out soon but not until I can find a bigger place for all of my equipment needed (such as my Hoyer Lift, Shower Chair, Bedside Commode, Powered Wheelchair, etc)

The reason I'm creating myself a fundraiser is because I'm needing some Spring/Summer Clothes, Pajamas, Socks, Necessities such as shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and a new toothbrush, razors, shaving cream, etc!! 
I'm also looking to buy a used Wheelchair Van, so that I will be able to get out and about!!  It's very hard being disabled and not being able to go anywhere!!  I miss going to see my family and friends, my parents, my kids, going to family events, etc!!  Before coming to a Rehab Facility, I literally was a recluse for about 2+ years because of not having transportation and depressed!! I have missed so many of my kids events and family events because of this!! I don't want to have to go back to being stuck inside my household!! 

Anything you can donate, I would appreciate so much!! I'm usually the one helping other's but this time I'm needing help!!
